Responsible for developing channel management and distribution strategies while building relationships with various distribution companies. Worked with other members of the executive team to market Hotel Tools to the investment community. Directed a team of five product mangers responsible for all standard product management activities. The assets of Hotel Tools were acquired by Radiant Systems. |

Consultant to Mirage executive team and IT organization regarding the development of a Client/Server, SQL Server based property management system for use within Mirage Resorts. Consultation involved the following topics: business process analysis, functional specification, user interface design, revenue management, database structure, development process management, application rollout, and interfaces to external applications. The Mirage management team requested an analysis to determine the work effort and expenditures required to complete the project. My analysis, which was confirmed by the management team, indicated that significant expenditures were required to complete the project. Mirage decided to cancel their internal PMS development project and acquire an existing Property Management System. Selected as one of two consultants to remain as part of the Mirage selection committee. Responsible for application and vendor evaluation in a process that solicited proposals and demonstrations from five leading PMS vendors. |

Conducted detailed analysis and consultations with prospects to define business, functional and implementation requirements. · Managed the development of an application to link the AS/400 based property management systems running in ten 1,000-room hotels at Euro-Disney. The application provided an environment for centralized configuration management, accounts receivable, group management, travel agent accounting, and guest management. |

Successfully managed the development process and team to deliver enhancements within budget and on time. · Successfully rolled out approximately one new application version of each Property Management System product per year to a worldwide client base. |
